      Great benefits, in particularly the health benefits. Job security is great ...Yale University is never going anywhere. Great work environment as well.

      You will never get rich working at Yale University, but with the benefits and job security who needs to get rich.

      Pros

      Very friendly environment. Decent benefit package. Satisfying, though not very high payment, and great opportunity to meet colleagues.

      Cons

      the city is not very safe--especially recently the crime rate is climbing up and it is not a good idea to walk alone off campus

      Pros

      entry level; hands on training by the senior people. People are nice (especially those who work in the medical fields). Health benefits are decent - I like the Yale Staff Student Hospital.

      Cons

      Sometime you can be on a team that has a one man show, and that can be really annoying. Unfair treatment to immigrants.
