      Fair place to work and they'll reward hard work

      Pros

      Time off is a great benefit. For those who are career minded there a endless opportunities to advance in management. Child tution benefit is wonderful as is their 403K retirement plan.

      Cons

      They never close in bad weather and it makes it dangerous for those who travel from out of town and don't support the student body. Health insurance is expensive if your not in a union or using the yale health plan. Parking is also expensive and many lots are not paved. Fortunately they do have security escorts. Equity between union workers and M&P's needs to be improved. On site child care not very easy to use.

      Pros

      The benefits and the all the activities you are able to expierence. There are many fringe benefites als o pension and great people.

      Cons

      Some communication between senior staff about their ideas and goals to their staff. Pace is hard to get use to. Also the functional side want certain things done but they are unwilling or yunable to test.
