Business Outlook
Pros
Clinical and Technical staff have excellent benefits for being within a union. Including, cheap comprehensive healthcare ($13/week for my partner and I) and a retirement pension that is vested after 5 year. Positions can be audited to a higher pay grade.
Cons
Raises are union bargained and there is no performance based raises. Managers discourage auditing within the union and encourage leaving the union to join management.
