      Pros

      Great community in a charming town. I really enjoy living in New Haven. Yale is a phenomenal place to live and learn.

      I do not like living in New England. I want to live somewhere warm so I want to move to Florida.

      Pros

      Stimulating work experience by associating and collaborating with intelligent and inspiring researchers.

      Cons

      Location is in New Haven, a city with many problems and with a dismal future. Upper level administrators are stoic and not adaptable to changes, which results in an immense waste of time and money on renovation and planning projects. Any correction to policies or procedures are done mainly for show and not based on effectiveness.
