      fair amount of autonomy in working with client groups

      Cons

      pay not competitive; highly siloed organization; lack of consistency in management policies and practices; divisive culture; professional level employees carry heavy workloads and receive minimal support and embarrassingly low annual increases. Lack of strategy for developing talent in the middle. Faculty and Union take priority at all turns.
