      Diverse, bright faculty and employee community. It is an ambitious, motivating environment to work within. Retirement and insurance benefits were good.

      HR processes are sometimes painfully slow and not as efficient as one might expect. Sometimes, departments seem more divided into individual teams and less unified than one might hope.
