      Pros

      I think the benefits (retirement plans, health care, etc.) are excellent. I pay only $20/mo for health care for my family and myself. Yale has very good matching for their 403b retirement plan - take advantage of it - it's free money! When I had children I was given what I considered sufficient time off work. I also enjoy my work, it's interesting. And I work with excellent, intelligent people. There's always something happening at Yale (talks, music, theater) and lots of good eating places nearby.
