      Overall a stimulating environment. Can be a little challenging when there is a budget shortfall.

      Pros

      Benefits!! Medical and paid time off can't be rivaled. Work hours are equally liberal. The new Haven area is fantastic location to work and play. Tons of social activities.

      Cons

      Stagnation. Hard to advance without hopping around. Well funded departments are able to remain lightweight and flexible while core services lumber with many vestigial services.

      Pros

      I won't regret my time at Yale. I have learnt a lot and meet many talented and ambitious people. If you are also a proactive person, there are many activities in the campus that you can engage in.

      Cons

      Depend on where you are and what job you do, you may have long working hours.
