      Yale is a good place to earn your doctorate from in bio-sciences because of the diverse research options, great student stipend and benefits, and collaborative research environment. Depending on the people you choose to study under, there is the opportunity for flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Gettting your doctorate from Yale can be challenging due to the high publication expectations and therefore constant pressure to succeed. This translates into long working hours.

      -Great Environment -Fair pay -Contact with some of the smartest people in the world -Excellent learning environment especially prior to undertaking a PhD

      Cons

      There are none that I can think of. The university definitely treats its workers with great care and offers fair compensation. Its also great to be in an environment where you are constantly learning from others and from your work
