      Pros

      Pay isn't bad for the work.

      Cons

      Everything. Management is awful, leads and supervisors play favorites. Leads regularly create a hostile environment for employees they don't like and hr is useless. Same with the union.

      Pros

      Paid Vacations, holiday shutdowns, various programs to choose from ext, ext, ext. Not much more you can say about this crappy place.

      Cons

      The health insurance isn't good at all. The pay is low for what we do. Oh & the break system really sucks with very little time.

      The best reasons to work at yanfeng is you have a lot of work to do so you want be doing nothing.

      Cons

      There are a lot of challenges at yanfeng. Just gotta make sure you are on your feet at all times , doing something.
