      Salary and benefits are good.

      Cons

      China owned, China culture. Workload is tremendous and stressful, people always leaving. RIFS are common also which keeps people on edge. Too much emphasis on DEI and sustainability not enough on the job at hand.

      Pros

      Yanfeng provides good benefits (401k, HSA, Dental, vision etc.) along with flexibility of working hours. Also, hybrid work shifts helped me maintain work-life balance. They used to provide additional bonus at the end of year before COVID hit.

      Cons

      No cons really, its nice place to work.
