I love the ot, but some people can't handle it, thats why there's a huge turnover, I'm going on 1 year, and don't plan on going anywhere

Starting rate is $13.35/hr and your expected to work 6/7 days a week 10/12 hour shifts on MOST assembly lines. The only way you could have a day off is if you used vacation or unpaid leave time “bank hours”. NO AIR CONDITIONING OR HEAT!! they provide 9” fans above your work station for the 10/12 hours most operators are there. Top out rate is $18.__/hr (takes you 4.5 years until you reach top out rate) Benefits (deductibles) still suck after they just “improved” them for 2018... righhttt. Supervisors, line supports and back-up line supports will play favorites. Communication lacks between all three shifts. Upper management never visited 3rd shift operators or was willing to come in early to communicate with the off shifts.. not even 20 min early and say “door is open!” We always had to stay past 7am. So if your a parent that has to get kids to school FYI!!
