      Management, Complete lack of leadership, Chinese management is taking over. The company has lost its direction. More Lay-off coming. The culture is very negative and everyone is in fear of their job.

      Most of the staff is great ! A lot of opportunity for overtime .

      where do I start . well Favoritism play a major roll on how they operate. They don’t care how they treat their employees what so ever so the turn over rate is through the roof which causes stress

      Pros

      Decent pay, relatively easy work.

      Cons

      They will say anything to get you in the door, but not keep their word. I was told about many benefits that I did not receive when they said I would. Too many hours in my opinion. Many lines running 12hr days 7 days a week. And you have to use 'bank' time to get a day off (before 90 days). You're just another number and another heartbeat. They don't seem to value workers, their time or family aspects.
