Pros

People are great. Schedules are flexible. There is oppertunity to travel and meet lots of people and learn a lot about the auto industry and manufacturing.

Cons

Work is not steady, sometimes you can be really busy and other times have nothing to do. Also sometimes the work is very boring. Company has an older feel to it.

Love the A shift - was told there were openings when I applied at Manpower - didn't get it -willing to train in another department to stay on days - even interested in Quality Tech position

Cons

Didn't get shift preference even after job posting on May 18rh for days that I put in for - no notice as to what was open or why I didn't get it - still in beginning stages as it is a new company but lack of communication with applicants for other positions is lacking
