Pros
The people are highly skilled and great to work with on programs. The flexible work hours make it a real plus for employees with a family.
Cons
Leadership is not trustworthy anymore, too many politics and layers involved to resolve issues. Operationally the organization is inept and cannot execute a launch well compared to other competitors therefore expect very long work hours during the launch phase + post launch with lots of travel. Not a fan of the new CEO, needs to take a class on empathy and how to deliver critical messages. We all know "Holland is not the center of the universe" but the message could have been delivered in a much different manner with a more positive outcome. You cannot get behind a leader that you do not trust or that is missing a sensitivity chip.
