      Pros

      Benefits are good 15 days off starting Great pay

      Cons

      Stress level is un-manageable - all employees feel like they aren't good enough at their jobs even after having been here for a few months. No Direction - Management seems to believe that they all run the show, so each manager gives a direction, and you have to follow all of them. It's confusing and makes it difficult to learn the job. Lied about Job Duties - Job description doesn't match job duties at all.

      NO best reason what so ever, nasty surrounding, non organized company and mainly management team. Safety dies not exist or concerning. People do whatever they please, you an sing, dance, text, while you on production line. Meetings all about wastes, wastes and wastes, of lack of training and attention. supervisors they go away from production line. management including engineers, stays in office all day until something goes wrong. Benefits very bad, insurance very high deductible....list goes on.

      Downsides, kidding me, from gate entry in parking to the exit door on way out, as simple as that. i feel bad for ownership's,

      Pros

      High energy environment, good pay, a lot of opportunity to move around within the company, good people, close knit office, if you work hard you have freedom to pursue your own projects based upon plant needs

      Cons

      My factory was JIT - it was pretty intense at times, occasional long hours, potential to get called into work at any time of night (this only happened once at my level). Mind you not ALL Yanfeng plants operate under JIT, this was specific to the plant I worked in.
