They will say anything to get you in the door, but not keep their word. I was told about many benefits that I did not receive when they said I would. Too many hours in my opinion. Many lines running 12hr days 7 days a week. And you have to use 'bank' time to get a day off (before 90 days). You're just another number and another heartbeat. They don't seem to value workers, their time or family aspects.

Controller was uncommunicative, difficult to work with and for and seemed like he knew Everything about Everything... Plant mngr, was always just walking around or gone, seemed like he was above all of us and didn't really do anything.
