      Co-workers were friendly, the hours confortable and my direct manager was reasonable and helpful.

      Mid-management and top management were non-starters, and everything went wrong after adopting the UAW.

      Entry level position. Great location.

      Cons

      HR shows favorites. "Technicial" staff gets away with everything. No transparency. No yearly pay increase. No site security. No training offered. Plant manager hires his friends, HR makes sure to let everyone know that certain managers are "new to the company but not to the plant manager" and that they "live in the same neighborhood"
