Very unorganized. Disagreements among management which led to unclear expectations and low productivity.

Senior management made the decision this year to take our 401K match for a period of time. Over the last couple years temporary salary reductions and forced furloughs have been standard practice. No consistency. I can't speak for all the plants, but the senior leadership in the plant I was in was absolutely horrible. On the flip side it's an excellent place for someone young who is wanting to advance their career. With the crazy amount of turnover and lack of resumes (word of mouth) they tend to promote from within.
