Paycheck takes place on 15th & 30/31st of each month. Will pay early if the date happens on a weekend. Department manager is friendly and open for schedule negotiations.

Cons

Long work hours sometime, 6 days a week according to the production schedule. Information on other compensations is blurry and you have to talk to your HR to find out.
