Pros
-Exceptional leadership from the top executives to the lower level managers -Hands on learning and unlimited resources available for assistance - Compensation structure is outstanding, 401K match is great! -Every employee is given the opportunity to initiate changes to improve the organization which shows that the company isn't complacent and they're always open to improving the organization
Cons
Large organization so at times there will be a delay in responses when communicating with co-workers that are located outside of North America. (I'm aware that Yanfeng doesn't control time zones but that's the only negative I could come up with!)
