Pros
There are a lot of really great team members at this company, very intelligent hard working people and they can be fairly flexible about relocation since they have multitudes of facilities in the United States and Mexico.
Cons
You spend most of your time fire fighting and working under extreme budget cuts that prevent you from being efficient or meeting goals without breaking your back or running something else at a deficiency to compensate. A lot of management lacks an understanding on what they’re managing.
