      Hypocritical Leadership!

      Pros

      Cannot think of any pros other than collecting a paycheck while looking for a good company to work hard for.

      Cons

      Management runs in circles trying to please ownership and look busy. Most top management is based in Santa Barbara and are hypocritical hippies. The hippie part is cool but they all come off as if they are squeaky clean, which is far from the truth. Surprising this company has the revenue it does based on how it is run.

      Pros

      Friendly co-workers, casual dress code, good benefits and salary is OK after changing to exempt.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. After recent CSD structure change it is the same old people in charge with new titles. Lots of yes men in management who tell the owner what he wants to hear instead of what is really going on. Cloud services is completely broken with people waiting days and days for upgrades for database restores and upgrades and CSD left to make excuses for why the problems aren't solved yet.

      Pros

      My location has a fantastic management staff. I see some complaints about management. Try working retail for a short while if you want to see bad management. We are treated with respect and our input matters. No weekends is fantastic. Always have things going on. Spring picnic, food drive during Christmas, have pot luck dinners, very family oriented. Have a bring your child to work day every year. Great co-workers who are always willing to help.

      Cons

      Other than recent holiday cut backs no complaints.
