      Pros

      steady growth, relaxed dress code, everyone in friendly and fun environment with great benefits

      Cons

      not the greatest when it comes to pay, could use a little more structure, practices and policies aren't written down and it becomes frustrating when you break an unknown/unwritten rule yet are held accountable for it. They don't do well when it comes to taking suggestions on how to improve. And the tuition reimbursement sucks!!

      Pros

      Great benefits and passionate people. Work culture is very family oriented and relaxed. Great management that fosters growth.

      Cons

      The company has gotten so big that you feel disconnected from other departments. Role is not clearly defined and was given much more responsibility without the pay to match. Much room for growth in technical positions but growth in my position would only come years down the line.
