      Awesome team and young colleagues. The work program is flexible in a way. You can take hourly leaves of absence and later recuperate them.

      Cons

      You have targets. In Cluj-Napoca you have to work until 12 o'clock in the night because you sometime have to talk on the phone with people in US.
