      Unqualified Management with poor people skills

      Pros

      This company has been around for long time and there's stability due to owners foresight and excellent vision. lot of people have useful business knowledge and willingness to share.

      Cons

      low pay, management is not qualified with handling people skills. There is lot of cronyism due to different groups and verticals as it relates to various managers of differing experience (new vs old guard)

      Pros

      Nice coworkers, laid back atmosphere, good health benefits, and relatively easy work. The bosses and managers are helpful and so long as you get your work done do not bother you. They promote from within which is nice, but they prefer employees that have a long tenure over ones that may be more qualified. They are a growing company and give a lot of vacation days and PTO which is very nice.

      Cons

      I have found that the work has become rather repetitive and mundane. It is easy work though so if that is something you are okay with then maybe that is a pro for you. Some other cons are the low salary increases at yearly reviews, small bonuses, and you have to invest a lot of time usually to get a promotion.

      Pros

      Very pro-growth. They are brave about taking on new platforms and promoting from within. They home base in S. California but have satellite offices around the country as well as abroad.

      Cons

      Not the highest salaries in the marketplace but they do take good care of their employees. Sometimes with their growth projects they are a little too ambitious, launching programs before they've been fine tuned - however this is what contributes to their momentum.
