      Pros

      It is a young vibrant team, friendly and really looking for improving the quality and productivity of each employer. The team leaders are really willing to help you and to motivate you and are open to your suggestions.

      Cons

      You have to work during night and that is very tiring. Also your breaks are very delicately monitored, so you might get unexpectedly some notifications on using to much time for breaks.

      Pros

      Work advantages in the Customer Service department: great team, you always receive support when needed from the team, good salary package plus benefits and bonuses, depending on performances and length of service the salary will gradually be increased; you have the option to communicate with the upper management whenever you have a problem which you would like to discuss or if you are considering a transfer to a different department; good atmosphere and an open attitude within the company.

      Cons

      The Customer Service departments don't provide you with a chance to get promoted to a higher position since these are already taken by employees who have been there for quite some time. Transferring to another department is not very easy and once you're moved, you'll start with the beginner's wage. Other cons would be the lack of team building activities or trainings for such departments (other departments do benefit from such actions). The work schedule in Cluj is from evening to midnight.
