Casual work environment, good training and teamwork, good benefits. I had excellent team leads who really cared, had my back, and helped me grow.

Cons

It was somewhat of a boys club in higher management (speaking for Dallas office, not company as a whole), which made it hard for females trying to advance in their careers. It helped to know the right people. Otherwise, females were more likely to be overlooked for promotions.

Health Benefits are exceptional, Dental is normal, Maternal and Paternal time off is unmatched, people are very friendly and management wants you to succeed.

Cons

Time management is a must and you have to log every minute of everyday. Management can be wishy washy and not say what is on their minds. They leave a lot up to interpretation. Would be nice for them to just say what they mean.
