We have a kind approach to our hybrid work model, and our employees work remotely 4 days a week and spend 1 day in the office each week. This enables balance and flexibility for our employees while meeting business need. In addition to the benefits of organic in-person collaboration, we have found that employees that work together in the office are much further along in their subject matter knowledge which puts them in a stronger position to grow professionally. Specific areas and zones have been designated across all locations so folks can site amongst team members, and employees are encouraged to book cubes or offices as needed.
