Yardi provides, a strong, stable, and kind culture and workplace and our metrics reflect that when we can learn, train, and connect in person, our employees are able to more effectively collaborate, develop stronger subject matter expertise amongst team members, grow professionally, and support our newer team members. Yardi has taken a compassionate and understanding approach to our hybrid work policy, and our current approach (and we are not aware of any further changes in the future) is to have employees on-site 1 day per week. This model considers the impact to our employees and allows for flexibility and balance in our personal and professional lives.
