Good benefits overshadowed by toxic management and discrimination

The benefits are pretty good

Cons

Management is toxic and abusive. There is racism and sexism. Very cliquish and lots of discrimination. Pay is on the lower end for this work. Mostly younger people fresh out of college with little to no experience. Training doesnt prepare you for the actual work that well. Most of the offices are like this not just Texas.

We strive to maintain a fair, inclusive, and respectful environment where employees feel safe, supported, well-trained and taken care of (with robust benefits offerings and competitive pay). We have zero tolerance for discrimination or misconduct of any kind and highly encourage anyone with a concern to schedule time to meet with any member of the HR management team or the VP of HR to further discuss.

I have great managers and coworkers. The company is very well run and very stable (never laid anyone off in 40+ years). The benefits are pretty good as well with a decent amount of time off. It also has excellent career advancement opportunities.

The pay is average to below average for this kind of role.
