      Pros

      Marginal salary increases well below the consumer index for inflation.

      Cons

      Marginal Salary Increases, worst in class PTO, worst in class benefits. I highly recommend working for any other software company that actually takes care of its employees. Additionally, the software is arcane and requires a year of training to become proficient in. I highly advise everyone I know to steer clear of this company. They do not know how to develop software in the modern day.

      Your concern is important to us and while we feel that our benefit package, which includes paying 100% of health and dental premiums for all employees and 85% of dependent care is quite strong, it sounds like there was more you hoped for. We review benefit plans annually and will continue to look for opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our employees. We strive to develop great software products for clients around the globe and have seen significant growth in our markets. While it seems that Yardi wasn’t the right spot for you, we want to wish you all the best in your next work setting.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. There is certainly stability if you are good at what you do.

      Cons

      Time off and salary are on the lower end. Sometimes it feels like upper management is doing you a favor for giving you the minimum time off and maternity leave is non existent.

      Pros

      Easy work environment, casual attire, no one overlooking your shoulder making sure you are doing your job.

      Cons

      They hire people who they think will stay here forever and not complain. No follow through on positions they open up for promotion. Poor execution and roll out of changes in processes. No incentives. No employee development. Poor outlook for career advancement. Poor training.
