best in class software that is easily sold - little to no outbound prospecting and you are left completely alone if you like that style of management

Lack of Leadership, Favoritism, and Unprofessional Conduct My experience on the Canadian Voyager team was consistently marked by poor leadership, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior. Opportunities for growth were unequally distributed, with senior team members often taking accounts without consultation. The structure is unusual—your manager is also an Account Executive, which can lead to direct competition for the same opportunities. New employees unfamiliar with the system frequently experience account poaching, which is ignored by leadership. People take advantage because you are new and you wont notice. The overall team culture lacks inclusivity, and as a newcomer, I felt unwelcome and unsupported. Management made little effort to foster inclusion and allowed inappropriate behavior during team events, including what appeared to be unprofessional sexual conduct between two managers. There were also significant issues with accountability and presence. Although the role is advertised as remote, new hires are frequently asked to come in to "learn from peers," while managers themselves often fail to be present or simply come in late and ignore you. Feedback is typically dismissive and delivered in an unprofessional manner.
