Pros

Best work life balance and company culture. It's really positive and healthy. Its very family oriented and almost all employees are genuine, great people. I hate how cheesy it sounds but it really does kinda feel like a family because most people are family oriented. At least in my area of the company.

Cons

Yardi really wants long term employees so the strategy seems to be: Start with low initial pay but with a great work life. See how you do then give raises depending on that. Yardi doesn't seem to want to stress you so you have to show initiative to work up in the company. I don't think yardi will give you high pay initially because of so much training required for employment.

Thank you for sharing! We are glad Yardi’s supportive, family‑style culture and work‑life balance in Oxnard resonates with you. We also appreciate your candid feedback about compensation and growth. We strive to remain an employer of choice with competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits. Our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, an FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see healthy salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge. We encourage you to connect with the local HR team with any suggestions or ideas.

- good bonuses if you have availability to work nights or weekends

Cons

- felt like management was not happy with the fact that I got a doctor recommendation to temporarily work 6h/day instead of 8h for mental health reasons

Thank you for sharing your experience as a former Customer Support Representative in Cluj‑Napoca. I am glad to hear you appreciated the bonus opportunities. At Yardi, we genuinely care about each employee’s wellbeing and take medical recommendations seriously. We encourage all employees—both current and former—to provide feedback and, when still with the company, to engage with HR or management directly so we can explore reasonable adjustments. We do take health‑based requests seriously, and if you wish to revisit details or share additional context, HR remains available.
