      Pros

      Really cool work environment, open and green, pleasant. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the “boss” (who does not like to be called like that) does not act pushy. The feedback is always offered individually, especially the negative one.

      Cons

      A lot of unqualified people get in, they do not always fit. And many of the new hires leave shortly.

      Pros

      Nice work place, the office is very nice. Casual dress code make for a comfortable work day. Managers are very good about not micro managing. All and all you get a lot of great work experience, YARDI product experience and residential/ commercial property management experience. Wealth of knowledge!

      Cons

      Lots of unqualified candidates make it through the hiring process. Pay is far lower to comparable positions in the area. It’s easy to feel like a small fish in a big pond.

All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, and other great perks like vacation condos, tuition reimbursement, and discounts at local spots.
