Great stable company with amazing coworkers

Pros

The people are great. Business casual dress code. Leadership is very open about the financial state of the company. Very transparent annual reviews.

Cons

None for me really, but I can’t speak for everyone nor every other team.

Pros

Great pay, nice colleagues, good "culture" - the people we work with are nice and always willing to help. Also great work/life balance in the sense that you aren't expected to exceed 40 hours, pretty good PTO, and flexibility for appointments or other needs.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive for the industry or some other internal incentives like additional PTO, travel, or other perks. It's also a job you really have to be "online" for. No mid-day errands or stepping away without disclosing first.
