      Pros

      Fun place to work, stressless, amazing co-workers, most of the time it is a pleasure to come in to work Mondays, and that is saying a lot.

      Cons

      If I were nitpicky, I would say the work schedule for some teams in the Cluj office is not ideal (but I was aware of the schedule when I started working here).

      Amazing company and atmosphere in NY

      Pros

      Hard to find another company in New York that has a positive, team oriented, healthy work environment like this. The NY office has to support the most difficult demanding clients and goes above and beyond to make them happy. The account managers willingly learn other products and take accountability for other modules that they aren’t required to know- without expecting any recognition for it. Management at the office exceeds expectations for what leaders look like. They are role models for everyone else in the office looking to move up in their career. They actually care about each and every employee.

      Cons

      There are no cons in the NY office- the atmosphere and management skills should be a model for everyone else.

      Pros

      Company cares about its employees, nice to work for a private company that isn't beholden to Wall Street. Unlike other technology companies, the pressure to works evenings and weekends is not here, there is more of a respect of personal time.

      Cons

      Pace can be slow at times.
