      Pros

      Excellent health care, decent pay. Private company. Flat organizational structure. Willing to invest in their employees. Opportunity to make a difference and grow the company.

      Cons

      Not millennial friendly. Strict business hours. No room or opportunity for vertical growth. No career path. Most skills you learn are only valuable for Yardi.

      • Work Colleagues • Technical Challenges

      Cons

      • Yardi Management = Some okay, but some are not very good and supportive leaders. • Getting better, but teams are pretty silo'ed with cross-team and departmental communication challenges. • Infrastructure Stability - Windows based storage systems did not scale or perform very well.
