We think our benefits are wonderful with 100% paid health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, vacation condos, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more! We have many departments at Yardi (Sales, Client Support, Development, Finance, etc.) with diverse needs and try to follow best practices but also allow for flexibility.
