      Family atmosphere Friendly and Supportive employees Large company with small company atmosphere Customer Service Oriented Relaxed atmosphere - always casual Friday!!!

      Salaries are not competitive with industry standards Doesn't have a work from home policy Career path is not defined if you are not interested in management

      Pros

      -There's at least one fun event every month -The culture is great, the atmosphere is casual -Management is kind and open minded -Room for growth and opportunities to change your position It's really the best place I've worked so far.

      Cons

      -No flex hours (understandable given the work, though) -No "unlimited vacation" like some tech companies have adopted (though that has its own drawbacks)
