      -haven’t felt micromanaged, though depends on team -not stressful mostly, maybe once in 3 years, - if the team js good you are good

      Cons

      -old tech stack - no appreciation for hard work -same increment mostly fir teammates who work way less than you - management in pune is bad, US office seems nice

      Company really has good work culture and company thinks a lot about it employees. So many perks of being there.

      Still using very old technologies. Working on upgrading them.
