      Pros

      Today marks 4 years for me at Yardi Romania. 4 great years, during which I’ve worked with countless people who have inspired and challenged me to become the best version of myself, both professionally and personally. I got to experience the strong growth of the Cluj office from 150 to over 850 employees, a challenging, yet thrilling journey. Plus, I’ve made some amazing friends along the way. I’m grateful for the past 4 years and looking forward to many more.

      Pros

      Although the company has grown, it still has a small company ethos with the emphasis on learning, people helping each other, moving up when the opportunity arises, ergonomic accommodations with Aeron chairs and under-desk keyboard trays, family celebrations, celebratory pizzas with the first rainfall of the season, company donations to local and not-so-local charities, and so on. I've been here over 10 years and love the people and the workplace. You feel valued.

      Cons

      Working for Yardi Systems will spoil you and make your next place of work (should you decide to move on) not as nice as the place you just left.
