      Pros

      The benefits are amazing, especially the health insurance... The 401(k) also has a good selection of funds and constant accruing PTO!

      Cons

      The software stack is brewed in-house and can be dated in some aspects. They do have interesting technologies, but the opportunity to learn new technology is non-existent.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours that you set for yourself. Great team that help you every time you ask for help. Stress free environment.

      Cons

      There are some limitations regarding PTO. You can't always go on PTO if you cannot find a back up.

      Pros

      Lots of activities and distractions from the "daily grind". Laid back company culture and they actively try to avoid micro-managing.

      Cons

      Have no QA process setup to evaluate and monitor an employees calls, so any employee evaluation is done based on feedback from clients or co-workers who notifies your supervisor. As such, they do not hear much positive feedback and the negative feedback seems disproportionate.
