Pros

An excellent work life balance and benefits. They have a fun family environment. My managers and director were awesome and very cooperative. I was there a very short period of time but cannot forget great experience with them. Yardi also actively participates in community service. Their IT systems are very advance and efficient support systems has quick response time. They take care of their employees and make sure that they always improving via e-Learning and internal training's. Best company I have ever worked!

A bit above average salary. decent workload. Job Security. Company Recognition.

Cons

Not good in terms of personal development - from both technical as well as interpersonal perspective. Not much scope for long overseas opportunity. Non-existent sports or cafe facilities / vending machines.

Without the knowledge of your specific location it’s hard to work on improvement in the areas you listed. Majority of our office locations have coffee stations and vending machines. While we do not have any on-site sports facilities, many of our offices have put together teams to play a variety of sports in the community. Intelligent, motivating colleagues. Great benefits. Wealth of knowledge to be learned/shared regarding the industry. Streamlined support systems increase efficiency and allow for quick turnaround/support responses.

Cons

Unclear career trajectories. It's unclear in some departments what is necessary to advance ones career and earn a promotion. These could be better defined to help empower employees as to what they are working to achieve and map out their careers.
