      Employees like family, management needs work

      Pros

      The office atmosphere is almost like a second family. Team members are always willing to help. Lots of opportunities for social gatherings outside of work. Training is informative

      Cons

      Management's responses are always reactive, not proactive. Have seen many people leave that were talented, but company would not pay. Promotions seemed to be based on who you know. Customer Service seems to be the only department corporate cares about besides Sales.

      Pros

      Great company, great benefits, enjoy the work. Challenging at times and room for growth. Enjoy the people and client interaction.

      Cons

      Pay should match the expectations, lack of consistent accountability across the different office locations. Questionable if you are promoted based off of knowledge/work ethic or who you know.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, interesting technology and lots of variety in the work. The company is international and there are opportunities to live and work in other countries. retention rates are staggeringly high with many employees there 20 y plus, which suggests they are doing a lot right

      Cons

      Some beauracracy, unduly tight travel and expenses policy, and you will travel a lot as a consultant. It's quite a deep hierarchy and flip side of high retention rates is that opportunities for advancement can be limited.
