      Yardi believes that an a happy employee makes for better results. There is always something happening that is fun and still allows us to get our jobs done.

      There is not one con that comes to my mind.

      Pros

      Great people. Great benefits. They value your home life and are always willing to ensure you have time to take care of things at home.

      Cons

      The only negative thing I could say, is the pay might be a little higher starting off at some other companies, but your raises are based on performance.

      No pets allowed , No cafeteria
