      Good Place to Learn

      Pros

      Yardi is a great place to learn. They provide great onboarding and training. They also provide good benefits and decent work life balance

      Cons

      Meetings about meetings about meetings. Too many meetings to get changes made as there are a lot of layers of approval. Also hard to advance due to long tenured employeets

      The team is welcoming, ready to help one another during ramp up and thereafter.

      Cons

      everyone carries the same 1.2m goal regardless if you're SMB, Mid-market or Enterprise. Base pay isn't competitive , and on the lower end.
