Worst atmosphere, no technical growth, no professionalism, no process (It can ruin your career if u r joining as a fresher, as you have no clue about IT world), no proper training at the time of joining, no tools. All you have to do is butter your lead, talk sweet and be sweet, else you are gone. Most of the employees are seniors who have been for more than 8 years, and act like a "frog inside well". Dominance over new joinees. Laterals are treated like freshers. Work like balance is applicable only and only for senior employees. 8.5 hrs inside floor must even if you dont have anything to do. People are more interested in your personal life than their own work. My personal suggestion is never join this company, looking at the package they give. You will suffer later and it will ruin your career

I've worked at Yardi for nearly 9 years, there really are no cons for working at this great organization, with the exception of compensation which could be better. This is overall an awesome company to work for.
