      Pros

      I get along great with my coworkers, I love the benefits, and it gives me good, credible experience. My boss is also a really great boss.

      Cons

      My actual job is very tedious, some of the clients are very frustrating, and I don't feel like I'm contributing to the world in a positive way. Also, most of us are over-worked.

      Pros

      Family environment. Helping people. Open door policy. Well taken care of. You are paid enough to take care of your main expenses. General perks are good for your family to like your job.

      Cons

      No higher upside such as employee stock options. Staff is not offered options. Not much career upside. Too much hierarchy. Many HR policies are unclear.

      Pros

      People are fantastic to work with. Client focused and not revenue focused but still does great as a company. Ethics and Integrity are top most qualities found in people who work here. Smart, Innovative and Charismatic leadership team.

      Cons

      Private Company so benefits are limited in terms of eSOPs. Also growth by position is limited to a certain level. But that is not an issue for me as I love the work culture and Leadership team.
