      Very few advancement opportunities. No employee recognition.

      Outdated Internal Business Processes for a Tech Company

      Little oversight and a casual dress code.

      Cons

      Management is not open to change and updating the internal workflow processes. The company should be using the products they sell to their clients, in house! It's not what you know - but who you are related to that is also employed there.
